My name is Christine. I became passionate about nutrition about 8 years ago when I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had no menstrual cycle, was lethargic, had severe digestive issues, was 30 lbs heavier, and so much more. That really only touches the surface of what I was struggling with!

Since doctors weren't helping me in ways I needed to heal, I decided to research nutrition on my own. I became so passionate about it that I yearned for more information - and specifically science backed, legitimate information. That's when I enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a certified nutritionist. I solely did it to learn as much as I possibly could and to heal myself so I could live a happier life. However, by the time I graduated, I was so empowered that I wanted to help other people as well! That is when I started my nutrition business. I want to help YOU now!
